Program Planning &amp; Execution

<li>Execute program tasks on finance and procurement.</li>
<li>Coordinate and execute program plans.</li>
<li>Organize post-mortem meetings.</li>
<li>Document program execution i.e., create post-program reports.</li>
<li>Suggest improvements, innovation, or pivot to program managers.</li>
</ul>
Impact Management
<ul>
<li>Collect and constantly update data for impact management.</li>
<li>Gathering documentation from stakeholders and internal work to back data collection.</li>
<li>Document and report all programs as required.</li>
<li>Organize and archive documentation for easy retrieval and reference.</li>
<li>Research and monitor ongoing development and sustainability of Impact Malaysia’s training framework.</li>
</ul>
Resource Development
<ul>
<li>Contribute support to all resource development efforts for Impact Malaysia and Picksum.</li>
<li>80% of targeted research work met for program development.</li>
<li>Contribute to native communications contents.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
Outreach and Community Building
<ul>
<li>Expand Impact Malaysia &amp; Picksum’s youth pool.</li>
<li>Ensure all program attendance quotas are met.</li>
<li>Ensure sufficient program partnership with relevant institutions and providing strategic input from communities towards targeted program impact and efficiency.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain a database of program experts and stakeholders and do stakeholder engagement for program execution.</li>

General Management
Assist in management tasks to ensure the smooth operation and process improvements of Impact Malaysia.&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Contribute to Impact Malaysia programming and execution.</li>
<li>Assist with the strategy, planning, execution, innovation, and monitoring including reporting of all Impact Malaysia’s programs and initiatives.</li>
<li>Practice consistent quality control of finance, administration, systems, and resource management needed to achieve the business unit’s goals.</li>
<li>Assist in the management of Impact Integrated’s digital storage system and digital production assets, and ensure all files and assets are properly documented, and archives taken care of&nbsp;</li>
<li>Manage capacity building for self in consultation with supervisor and expected to coach and share knowledge with fellow team members to enhance productivity and efficiency.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Performs ad-hoc job-related duties as assigned.</li>
</ul>
