Job Scopes:

• Assist with the strategy, planning, execution, innovation, and monitoring including reporting of all programs and initiatives.
• Contribute to the development of entrepreneurship training framework, syllabus and modules as required for all programs for youths and diverse communities.
• Assist to run youth development programs for communities, Impact Youth and Picksum Club.
• Assist in community outreach efforts with Impact Malaysia & Picksum’s main beneficiaries nationwide. 
• Build strong relationships with all target communities and groups.
• Facilitator for all programs.
• Contribute to content development and to ensure the Communications team is well-briefed and well-managed in all program-related communications tasks.
• Promote company products and services.

You will be guided by a senior staff within your department throughout your period of internship with us, so don't be afraid as you will not let you get lost. You may be assigned with other duties as may reasonably be required from time to time, and that all within the scope and range of the task, so that you can learn as much as you want!

Job Requirements

1. Open for all students with related fields.
2. Strong oral, written communication and presentation skills.
3. Proficiency in digital communications and content creation is a plus.
4. Candidates must be willing to work at flexible hours and days. 
5. Must be comfortable or able to pivot to MacOS work environment, with specific preference to co-working applications i.e Google Suite. Professional expertise in handling Excel / Google Sheets.
