As a HR intern, you will be part of the Employee Engagement, Organizational Development section to assist in the planning and executing the initiatives designed to increase employee satisfaction, motivation, and overall engagement on top of supporting the day-to-day activities related to employee engagement activities. Event planning • To assist in the development and execution of employee engagement drives and initiatives to create moment of magic & meaningful employees' experience. • To assist in the coordination of company activities i.e., employee General Orientation, company events and talks, training program and projects related to HR. Internal communication and Marketing • To assist in producing internal communications and marketing to engage employees' participations. • To assist in maintaining the company's internal communication channels, such as the company social media platforms. Administrative Support: • To provide general administrative support to the HR department, such as maintaining records, scheduling meetings, and responding to employee inquiries. • Other HR duties as and when required by the team.

Requirements

Qualifying criteria • The intern must be willing to work in Bandar Sunway, Petaling Jaya. • Open to all Malaysian students studying in both local/private universities. • Currently undergoing Diploma/Degree program with a minimum CGPA 3.00 or equivalent • Preferably students studying in Mass Communications, Business Studies etc. Students from other field of studies are also encouraged to apply. • Letter from University confirming their student status and requires Internship. • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both in speaking and writing). • Internship period should be for at least 10 to 12 weeks. • For departments working on shifts, intern’s working hours will be based on schedule arranged by supervisor as per department’s requirements.
