Job Description

• Complete, accurate and timely processing of accounting transactions and reconciliations, banking transactions, bank reconciliations and SST
• Must respond and achieve transaction processing within 2WD.
• Responsible for the accuracy and completeness of AP/AR reports, bank balances, and recon.
• Responsible for the closing of accounts and the monthly financial statements for the senior's review.
• Responsible for following up and following through on Monthly Statutory submissions (HR-related and income tax) on time and accurately.
• Complete, correct and on-time payments made with proper supporting documents during payment processing

Job Requirements

• Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Pursuing Professional Qualification, or Degree in Finance and Accounting (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, MIA, or MICPA)
• Knowledge of accounting software such as QuickBooks, MyOB, Xero, etc.
• Knowledge in MS Office  
• Able to speak, read and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia  
• Minimum of two (2) years’ working experience in the same capacity.
• Have some SST knowledge or undergone some SST training.
• Customer-oriented mindset and attitude towards internal and external customers;  
• Highly dependent person with a sense of urgency, responsibility, and result-oriented.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
