About the Role
We’re looking for visual thinkers who can turn ideas into impactful in-store visuals. Whether you're just starting out or already familiar with POSM design, this role offers a space to grow, create, and collaborate inside a fast-moving creative studio.

What You’ll Be Doing

<li>Design and adapt 2D visuals for BTL campaigns — wobblers, standees, danglers, shelf talkers &amp; more</li>
<li>Execute layout design, resizing and creative adaptation based on brand guides and project briefs</li>
<li>Retouch images and prepare visuals for print, ensuring correct sizing, bleed, dieline and output format</li>
<li>Provide mock-ups or visual samples for internal presentations and client servicing teams</li>
<li>Collaborate with structural designers and DTP team — your role focuses purely on 2D visual design</li>
<li>Maintain clean file structure, naming standards, and visual asset organisation</li>
<li>Participate in brainstorming sessions and learn from senior creatives</li>
</ul>

Scope Clarification
This role does not cover structural or 3D design. Structural mock-ups and technical production are handled by the Structural Design and DTP teams. Collaboration across departments is part of the workflow.

Salary &amp; Growth
