Job Description

1. Brand Visual Design

• Responsible for designing all daily promotional materials, both online and offline, including:
• Ensure designs align with brand tone and support agent-friendly communication and replication.

1. Marketing Campaign Support

• Quickly respond to ongoing campaign needs (e.g. seasonal promos, flash sales, livestreams, community events).
• Deliver creative assets that drive engagement, conversion, and agent motivation.

1. Brand Content Packaging

• Design supporting materials such as product catalogs, brand story pages, training deck covers, and recruitment kits.
• Help establish a consistent and flexible brand visual system that supports rapid content rollout and sharing.

1. Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with marketing, content, ecommerce, and livestream teams.
• Join creative brainstorms, contribute visual ideas, and iterate efficiently based on feedback.
• Ensure high-quality, on-time delivery in a fast-paced, high-output environment.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Advertising, or related fields.
• Language required: English & Mandarin
• Required skills: Design, Graph Theory, Color Theory, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Layout Design
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator); familiarity with Canva is a plus.
• Strong sense of typography, layout, and color; able to design for both screen and print.
• Awareness of current visual trends in social media, community selling, and micro-influencer marketing.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, able to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
• Bonus skills: Basic video editing, GIF/animation skills, or motion design experience.
