We’re looking for a junior designer who loves creating social media content. This role focuses on graphic design with occasional motion graphics/animation. You’ll work closely with senior designers, art director and the social media team to bring campaigns to life across multiple platforms.


Key Responsibilities: 

•  Design static visual content for social media platforms (posts, stories, carousels, ads)
• Create simple motion graphics or animations occasionally to enhance social content (e.g. animated text, icons, stickers)
• Support senior designers in executing daily social media visuals based on provided concepts and guidelines
• Adapt and resize designs into different social media formats and ratios
• Ensure all visuals follow brand guidelines and platform requirements
• Work closely with Social Media team to support ongoing campaigns.
• Manage assigned tasks and deliver designs within fast-paced social timelines
• Continuously learn and improve basic motion design skills and social media trends
• To carry out additional task / work as directed by management from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Good to have: experience working in an agency, knowledge of using Canva, Capcut & other AI Tools
• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, or related field
• Experience in graphic design for social media/ animation is a bonus (portfolio required)
  Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop; After Effects is a bonus)
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment
• Strong attention to detail, layout, and visual storytelling
• Proactive, eager to learn, and able to take direction as well as contribute ideas
• Creative mindset with willingness to explore and experiment.
• Able to work independently and take ownership of your assigned social account.
