As an Editor you'll build polished edits from raw footage for social, web and client campaigns, helping our content output scale and feel consistent across platforms.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities

Content Production

• Choose and assemble footage into clear, engaging edits for social, web and client projects.
• Craft story-driven sequences that match briefs and audience needs.

Post-Production

• Apply cutting, pacing, colour grading and audio polishing to raise final quality.
• Create basic motion graphics and titles for short-form content.

Collaboration & Delivery

• Work closely with producers and creatives to manage revisions and final exports on time.
• Organise project files, maintain version control and prepare deliverables in required formats.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or degree in film, media, broadcasting, mass communication or related, or equivalent practical experience.
• 0 years experience, fresh graduates and entry-level editors are welcome.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
• Basic skills in colour grading, audio editing and exporting for social platforms.
• Familiarity with codecs, aspect ratios and file delivery requirements.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Strong storytelling sense, attention to detail and ability to accept and apply feedback.
• Good time management, clear communication and a collaborative attitude.
