Position: Warehouse & Operations Executive
📍 Location: Subang Jaya, Selangor
🕐 Full-Time | On-Site

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Warehouse & Operations Executive to manage our event equipment and support setup logistics. You’ll be responsible for maintaining inventory, prepping gear, coordinating deliveries, and assisting the technical team for event activations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize warehouse inventory and assets 
• Pack, load, and unload equipment for events
• Support onsite setups and teardowns (photobooths, LED panels, structures) 
• Conduct equipment testing and basic maintenance
• Ensure checklists and SOPs are followed accurately
• Coordinate with project and logistics team on scheduling

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of warehouse/logistics experience (event/production industry preferred)
• Physically fit, able to handle equipment and tools
• Basic understanding of electronics or AV equipment is a plus
• Good attitude, punctual, and reliable
• Able to work on weekends/public holidays occasionally (based on event schedule)
• Possess own transport or able to commute to OUG daily
