Job Description

• Strictly follow the company's standard operating procedures (SOP) to perform the warehousing and outbound operations of goods to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the goods；
• Responsible for the supervision and management of daily warehouse operations to ensure that the warehouse operates normally and efficiently；
• Regularly count inventory to ensure the accuracy and consistency of inventory data, and promptly handle and summarize inventory differences；
• Process customer orders in accordance with SOP requirements to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders；
• Track order progress, promptly resolve problems that arise during order processing, and ensure customer satisfaction。
  
  Notice ：
  1、It’s a four-day work week, on a rotating shift basis. The working hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. with one hour for rest.
  2、If you pass the interview, there will be a three-day probationary work period. After passing the probationary work, you need to be on board within one month. We will sign a one-year service agreement.

Job Requirements

• Prefer at least Diploma in logistics management, supply chain management, warehouse management, administration or similar education background.。
• Prefer at least 1 year experience in logistic or warehouse industry.
• Fresh graduate are mostly welcome；
• Familiar with warehouse operation procedures and standards, proficient in using warehouse management systems and office software；
• Able to read, write and speak in English and Bahasa Melayu; 
• Candidates who understand Mandarin will be added advantage.
