Job Description
Position: Customer Service Executive
Tenure: 12 Months Contract - Renewable
Salary: RM 2500.00
Working Hours: Monday - Friday / 8.30 am - 5.30 pm
Working Location: Uptown 5, Damansara, Petaling Jaya, Selangor
Job Descriptions:
- Assist in marketing campaigns
- Manage social media and create simple content
- Support advertising and branding activities
- Conduct basic market research and monitor trends
- Track campaign performance and prepare reports
Job Requirements
- SPM, Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 6 months experience in handling customer is preferred
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing
- Creative, organized, and willing to learn
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
