Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns, managing digital and traditional marketing channels, and supporting the development of strategic initiatives aimed at driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.
Campaign Management:
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and print.
- Coordinate and manage day-to-day campaign activities to ensure timely and successful delivery.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to optimize ongoing and future campaigns.
Digital Marketing:
- Support the management of the company’s website and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Help create and schedule social media content, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
- Manage online advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing campaigns.
- Analyze website and social media analytics, identifying opportunities for improvement and providing recommendations.
Content Creation:
- Write and edit content for various marketing materials, including blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and website copy.
- Work with the design team to create compelling visuals and marketing collateral (e.g., brochures, flyers, infographics).
- Ensure that content is consistent with the brand voice, tone, and messaging.
Market Research:
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to understand their preferences and tailor marketing messages accordingly.
- Assist in organizing and conducting surveys or focus groups for market insights.
Event Planning & Management:
- Support the planning and execution of promotional events, trade shows, and webinars.
- Coordinate logistics for events, ensuring smooth operations from pre-event planning to on-site execution.
- Assist with post-event analysis to measure ROI and gather insights for future events.
Brand Awareness & Promotion:
- Help develop strategies to increase brand visibility and reputation through various marketing channels.
- Build relationships with influencers, media outlets, and other third-party partners to promote brand messaging.
Administrative Support:
- Assist with budget management for marketing initiatives, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Maintain the marketing calendar and help ensure that all projects are completed on time.
- Support the marketing team with any additional administrative tasks as required.
