Job Description

• Work closely with internal teams to understand project goals, user needs, and client expectations, and translate them into thoughtful, intuitive digital experiences.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for websites, web apps, and mobile interfaces.
• Design visually engaging interfaces that align with both the client’s brand identity and best usability practices.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design execution matches the intended experience, providing assets, specifications, and design support throughout the build process.
• Conduct basic usability testing, gather feedback, and iterate designs based on performance and user insights.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh thinking and innovative ideas to each project.
• Support ongoing design improvements by proposing UX enhancements, improved visual hierarchy, and refined interaction design.
• Work cross-functionally with content, marketing, and development teams to deliver cohesive, user-centric experiences.

Job Requirements

• A strong eye for detail, layout, and interaction design.
• No specific degree or certificate required — we value your design thinking, creativity, and how you solve problems.
• Proficiency in Figma and the ability to present ideas clearly through wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Basic understanding of web development limitations and how designs are implemented (no coding required, but feasibility awareness is important).
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset — open to feedback and teamwork across departments.
• Bonus: Experience with usability testing, motion design, or tools like Elementor, Webflow, or Framer is a plus, but not mandatory.
