Job Description

• Define and manage end-to-end UI/UX for various products across multiple projects.
• Plan and conduct user research and competitor analysis to gather insights through data analysis and qualitative feedback.
  Conduct usability testing to inform and guide the design process.
• Translate ideas into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to deliver intuitive user experiences.
• Collaborate with and present design decisions to Product, Engineering teams, and stakeholders/management for feedback and alignment.
• Mentor junior UI/UX designers and introduce workflow improvements to enhance the overall efficiency of the UI/UX team.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in UX/UI design:

• Tertiary education in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a UI/UX or Product Designer.
• A strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design skills, particularly for mobile applications.

Creative and data-informed professionals:

• Able to support design decisions using both qualitative and quantitative data.
• Proficient in designing polished, high-fidelity mockups and prototypes using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Balsamiq.
