Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Lab Technician Intern to support our Quality Control and R&D laboratory activities. This internship provides hands-on experience in chemical testing, quality analysis, documentation, and laboratory safety practices within a chemical manufacturing environment.

This role is ideal for students pursuing Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Applied Sciences, or related fields who are eager to gain real industry exposure.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in performing routine laboratory tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished goods
   
• Support chemical analysis using laboratory equipment (e.g., pH meter, viscometer, titration setup, moisture analyzer)
   
• Prepare chemical solutions and reagents according to SOP
   
• Record and maintain accurate laboratory data and test results
   
• Assist in maintaining laboratory documentation in compliance with ISO requirements
   
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and disposal of chemicals
   
• Support calibration and basic maintenance of laboratory instruments
   
• Follow all laboratory safety procedures and PPE requirements
   
• Assist in investigation of non-conformance or product deviation (if applicable)
   

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Applied Science, or related field
  
• Basic understanding of laboratory techniques and chemical handling
  
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  
• Good documentation and record-keeping skills
  
• Able to work independently and in a team
  
• Good communication skills (English preferred)
