What you need to do:&nbsp;

<li>Full Set of Accounts Management: Maintain and prepare full sets of accounts, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and monthly closing processes. 全盘账务管理：负责和维护完整账目，包括总账（General Ledger）、应付账款（AP）、应收账款（AR）及每月结账流程。&nbsp;</li>
<li>Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, management reports, and analysis to support decision-making. 财务报告编制：按时准确编制每月、每季及每年的财务报表、管理报告及分析报告，为管理层决策提供支持。&nbsp;</li>
<li>Budgeting &amp; Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets, cash flow forecasts, and financial projections, ensuring alignment with company goals. 预算与预测：协助制定年度预算、现金流预测及财务预测，确保与公司整体目标一致。&nbsp;</li>
<li>Taxation &amp; Statutory Compliance: Handle all tax-related matters, including SST, corporate income tax, and ensure compliance with relevant government regulations (e.g., EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN, etc.). 税务与法定合规：处理所有与税务相关的事务，包括服务税（SST）、公司所得税，并确保符合相关法律法规（如 EPF、SOCSO、EIS、LHDN 等）。&nbsp;</li>
<li>Audit &amp; Year-End Closing: Coordinate with external auditors during audit exercises, provide required documentation, and support smooth year-end closing activities. 审计与年终结账：在审计期间与外部审计师协调，准备所需文件，协助顺利完成年终结账工作。&nbsp;</li>
<li>Bank Reconciliation &amp; Treasury Functions: Perform regular bank reconciliations, manage company cash flow, monitor payments, and ensure sufficient funds for operational needs. 银行对账与资金管理：定期进行银行对账，管理公司现金流，监控付款，确保运营所需资金充足。&nbsp;</li>
<li>Liaison with Internal &amp; External Parties: Communicate effectively with other departments, vendors, bankers, auditors, and tax agents to resolve financial or operational matters. 对内外沟通协调：与公司各部门、供应商、银行、审计师及税务顾问保持良好沟通，以解决财务或运营相关事务。&nbsp;</li>
