About the Role

Pico Hub Services Sdn Bhd, part of the Pico Group, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our Shared Services Hub in Kuala Lumpur. This full-time position plays a critical role in supporting regional finance operations and ensuring the seamless execution of day-to-day accounting activities.

The Person:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in an accounting role is preferred.
• Candidates with 5 years' experience will be considered for a senior level.
• Those with less experience are encouraged to apply and may be considered for a junior position.
• Ability to deliver accurate work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Job Requirements

The Job:

Financial Management:

• Assist in managing full sets of account - Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable (including closely following up on necessary approvals, prepare and execute payment process), Intercompany billings, Staff Reimbursement, Monthly Closing, Perform bank reconciliation, and all other related matters.
• Identify opportunity for process & system improvements.
• Responsible for timely and accuracy preparation of monthly, half yearly and yearly Group consolidated management
• Job function listed is not exhaustive and can include other responsibilities as assigned.

Additional Duties:

• Perform ad-hoc assignments and support other accounting-related tasks as required.
