Key Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
• Perform bank reconciliation, fixed asset accounting, and monthly closing activities.
• Support project accounting, cost allocation, and financial analysis for renewable energy projects.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and company secretaries for statutory submissions and audit matters.
• Monitor cash flow, prepare management reports, and ensure internal control compliance.
• Assist in the implementation and improvement of accounting systems (SAP / similar ERP systems).
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Project, Procurement, and HR teams to support business operations.

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Accounting / Finance or equivalent professional qualification (LCCI, ACCA, CIMA, CPA).
• Minimum 4–6 years of relevant working experience, preferably in project accounting or renewable energy sector.
• Strong understanding of accounting standards (MFRS) and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of SAP or other ERP system is an advantage.
• Meticulous, analytical, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
