Job Description

As a Senior Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in developing our marketing strategy, managing digital marketing campaigns, overseeing our social and community engagement, and maintaining consistent brand management. This position will provide the opportunity to work closely with various teams, including Business Development (BD), Social & Content, and Editorial, while directly influencing our brand's growth and reach.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy Development:

• Collaborate with the BD team to understand our products and services and craft strategies to effectively market them to clients.
• Team up with the social and content team to improve KPI metrics such as website traffic and social media followers.
• Develop and manage a comprehensive marketing calendar.

Digital Marketing Campaign Management:

• Coordinate with the editorial and BD teams to create effective and measurable marketing campaigns.
• Work closely with our Digital Marketing Strategist to execute digital marketing campaigns, including ad buys for our social channels and email marketing efforts.

Social and Community Management:

• Foster growth in our digital media communities and be involved in shaping the social media strategy.

Brand Management:

• Aid in the company's rebranding efforts and showcase our brand to clients, audiences, and future hiring candidates.
• Ensure consistency of the company’s brand image across all digital channels.
• Manage our LinkedIn page and be actively involved in restructuring the company page to decide what content should be highlighted.

Job Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing effective marketing strategies.
• Hands-on experience with digital marketing campaigns and social media management.
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts, best practices, and analytical tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with agencies and internal teams.
• Proficient in marketing software and online applications (CRM tools, Online analytics, Google Adwords etc.).
• Exceptional time management skills, ability to multitask, and meet deadlines.
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.

Desirable:

• Experience in a digital media company or similar industry.
• Experience with brand management and PR.
