Job Description

To ensure the insurable risks are adequately covered
Monitor and keep track on the movement of company assets (including motor vehicles)
Assisting on insurance annual tender or remarketing process
Follow up on outstanding claims and policy related status
Generate reports on policy status and claims activity as needed
Work closely with brokers/ insurers to facilitate efficient operation
Monitor all the insurance premiums payments on monthly basis
To perform any other duties as and when assigned by immediate superior

Job Requirements

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Responsible, meticulous and possess good working attitude
Willing to travel
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good command in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
