About Us
ISARB Media is part of ISARB Group, focusing on content creation, media production, and talent management. We produce engaging, high-quality content for multiple platforms and are expanding our creative production team. We are seeking a passionate Assistant Producer / Producer to join us.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing video production projects.
- Work closely with the production team, talents, and external vendors to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage production schedules, call sheets, and ensure timelines are met.
- Support budgeting, resource allocation, and procurement of production equipment.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with production standards.
- Brainstorm and contribute creative ideas for content development.

Job Requirements
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Mass Communication, Broadcasting, Film, or related field.
- Assistant Producer: At least 1–2 years of experience in media/production (fresh grads with strong portfolios may be considered).
- Producer: Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience with proven project leadership.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage).
- Able to work under tight deadlines and fast-paced environments.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
