<li>Responsible for the flow of all shipments in and out of the entire gateway.</li>
<li>Responsible for supervising and improving the work efficiency of all employees in the gateway.</li>
<li>Confirm that the delivery time of the gateway is in accordance with the regulations and find ways to improve the efficiency of employees during the peak period.</li>
<li>Ensure the safety issues at gateway.</li>
<li>Summarize the suggestions and difficulties put forward by the team and propose corresponding solutions.</li>
<li>Liaise with headquarter, handling regional operation quality rewards and punishment notifications and appeals, early warning of abnormal data of problem items; implementation and supervision of operation quality data analysis and improvement.</li>
<li>Responsible for the training and communication of relevant documents related to the operation of the headquarters, and implement the learning and assistance work in the transfer center.</li>
<li>Deal with and report the irregular operation of the gateway center and the operation problems and abnormalities encountered in daily work</li>
