<ul><li>Assist to perform shipment monitoring and management to identify potential shipment failures.</li><li>Coordinate quality production for unloading, delivering, sorting, loading and receiving.</li><li>Coach employees to ensure the Company standard operating procedures are followed.</li><li>Prepare daily reports such as parcel receiving reports, operating logs and etc.</li><li>Plan and schedule movement or flow of materials or products.</li><li>Understand, plan and perform a sequence of diversified operations where standard methods are available.</li><li>Continuously find ways to streamline operations and communicate to the Manager to take corrective action.</li><li>Maintain good relationship between regions and assists them to solve any difficult cases when needed.</li><li>Any ad-hoc task which is required by the management.</li></ul><div> </div>

To improve operation quality of work by conducting inspection based on data, generate report based on operation floor and regulatory works.
