<li>Overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations by monitoring the work of the sorting centre, continuously driving improvements and optimize sorting center operations.</li>
<li>Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for sorting center operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness of package processing and delivery.</li>
<li>Monitor and analyze sorting center data &amp; performance metrics and implement improvements to optimize productivity, cost efficiency, and quality.</li>
<li>Preparing and monitoring the daily / weekly / monthly performance report.</li>
<li>Manage and train sorting center staff, including hiring, coaching, and evaluating performance, to ensure a high level of service quality and productivity.</li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, technology enhancements, and new initiatives that drive continuous improvement in sorting center operations.</li>
<li>Arrange regular meeting to collect and addressing issues that need to be resolved by the regional and headquarters teams .</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned by the department.</li>
