Job Description
- Assist level support end user
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer system and applications
- Manage IT service desk tickets timely and maintain accurate records
- Escalate complex issues to higher level support members
- Assist in set up and deployment of new software and hardware
