Job Description

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of the company’s marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Manage and maintain the company’s social media platforms, website, and digital content.
  • Update and publish product listings on e-commerce platforms, including product descriptions, pricing, images, and promotional details.
  • Support e-commerce operations including product uploads, promotions, and campaign coordination.
  • Assist in LIVE streaming sessions on social media or e-commerce platforms, including LIVE moderation or LIVE hosting (preferred).
  • Create engaging marketing visuals and social media content using Canva.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns including social media posts, e-commerce promotions, and paid ads.
  • Conduct market research and monitor consumer trends to identify marketing opportunities.
  • Assist in developing pricing and promotional strategies together with management to improve competitiveness and sales performance.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, advertisements, and online engagement.
  • Coordinate with Inventory teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and product availability.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing, social media, or e-commerce; fresh graduates with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and e-commerce management.
  • Able to create marketing content using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Adobe Illustrator.
  • Comfortable assisting in LIVE streaming, moderation, or LIVE hosting (preferred).
  • Familiarity with SiteGiant e-commerce platform and AutoCount accounting software is an added advantage.
  • Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (written and spoken).
  • Creative, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Possess analytical and data-driven thinking to evaluate marketing performance.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Interest in motorcycles or the biking community is an added advantage.
