Role Summary
We seek a Livestream Operations &amp; Performance Manager to enhance and manage JAM’s comprehensive livestream environment across platforms such as TikTok, Lazada, KOL channels, non-KOL hosts, and IP accounts.
The ideal candidate will ensure:

<li>Reliable fulfillment of hours</li>
<li>Consistent improvement in live quality</li>
<li>Support and training for hosts</li>
<li>Progressive enhancement of JAM’s livestreams in terms of focus, conversion, and structure &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h2>1. Livestream Operations (Execution &amp; Scheduling)</h2>
<ul>
<li>Create weekly and monthly livestream schedules across all sectors</li>
<li>Assign hosts based on their skills, suitability for the brand, and required output</li>
<li>Guarantee fulfillment of all scheduled hours for TikTok Shop, Lazada Live, and KOL livestreams</li>
<li>Oversee host availability, manage replacements, and ensure discipline</li>
<li>Supervise studio utilization and livestream controllers</li>
<li>Ensure all livestreams commence smoothly and adhere to standard operating procedures &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h2>2. Livestream Performance Enhancement</h2>
<ul>
<li>Monitor livestreams daily to pinpoint gaps in hooks, flow, retention, product presentation, and pacing</li>
<li>Provide organized feedback to hosts and controllers</li>
<li>Enhance livestream structure: introductions, engagement techniques, selling points, call-to-actions, and conversion strategies</li>
<li>Create a JAM Livestream Playbook (best practices, hooks, formats, and communication structures)</li>
<li>Analyze key performance indicators (watch time, conversion rates, click-through rates, and drop-off rates)</li>
<li>Transform insights into actionable weekly improvements &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h2>3. Host Development &amp; Training</h2>
<ul>
<li>Train hosts in the following areas:</li>
<ul>
<li>storytelling and product presentation</li>
<li>confidence, energy, and pacing</li>
<li>objection handling</li>

<li>Develop a straightforward progression/training framework for junior to mid-level to senior hosts</li>

Collaborate closely with:
