Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Interior Designer / Draftsman / 3D Visualiser to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about interior design and eager to grow their skills in a creative and supportive environment. As an Interior Designer, you will assist in conceptual design, mood boards, and material selections. Prepare layout plans, elevations, and 3D visuals while supporting in project documentation; consruction drawings, detailings, and specifications. Able to attend sitr visits, supplier-meeting, and client presentations. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors. manage timelines and deliverables with a proactive mind abd liase with contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure design intent is met. As an Draftsman you will prepare technical drawings, detailed sections, and construction documents. Able to translate design concepts into buildable drawings. Collaborate with designers to ensure accuract and feasibility of detailing, update drawings based on clients, designer, or site feedback and able to attend site visits to verify measurements and coordinate site changes. 3D Visualiser, you will create clear, buildable technical drawings by translating design concepts, coordinating with designers, and ensuring accuracy through updates and site verification, whilst for 3D Visualiser, you''' assist in transforming design concepts into realistic 3D visuals by modeling, rendering, and collaborating with designers to produce high-quality presentations that reflect the final vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design and development of residential and commercial interior projects.
• Collaborate with senior designers to create innovative and functional design concepts.
• Prepare and present mood boards, design presentations, and client proposals.
• Source materials, furnishings, and accessories that align with project goals and budgets.
• Participate in client meetings and site visits to ensure designs meet client expectations and project requirements.
• Help with project documentation, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings.

Qualifications:

• A degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply! We’re excited to support emerging talent.
• 1-2 years of experience in interior design or a related field is a plus (internships and freelance work count!).
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, 3dsMax, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for design and problem-solving.
