Job Description

• Well versed in AutoCAD.
• Develop and prepare architectural designs and drawings from preliminary concepts, sketches and specifications.
• Experienced in preparing submission drawings for local Authority Approval (KM Development Plan, Building Plan, etc)
• Well versed in local Authority requirements (Uniform Building By-Laws and Planning Guideline).
• Assist Head of Department in delivering the projects until final completion.
• Experienced in preparing full set of Construction drawings and details
• Able to identify potential operational issues in the drawings and resolve with creative ideas
• Utilize BIM to analyse potential design solutions for building services clashes
• Experienced in Consultant coordination by taking various Consultant input, and coordinating into a full set of Finalized Coordinated Drawings.
• Experience in 3D design software would be an advantage.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.

Job Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural, Building Construction or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
