<li>Well versed in AutoCAD.</li>
<li>Develop and prepare architectural designs and drawings from preliminary concepts, sketches and specifications.</li>
<li>Experienced in preparing submission drawings for local Authority Approval (KM Development Plan, Building Plan, etc)</li>
<li>Well versed in local Authority requirements (Uniform Building By-Laws and Planning Guideline).</li>
<li>Assist Head of Department in delivering the projects until final completion.</li>
<li>Experienced in preparing full set of Construction drawings and details</li>
<li>Able to identify potential operational issues in the drawings and resolve with creative ideas</li>
<li>Utilize BIM to analyse potential design solutions for building services clashes</li>
<li>Experienced in Consultant coordination by taking various Consultant input, and coordinating into a full set of Finalized Coordinated Drawings.</li>
<li>Experience in 3D design software would be an advantage.</li>
<li>Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.</li>
