Role Overview:
The Control Room Operator will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and troubleshooting PLC-controlled equipment to ensure efficient production processes.&nbsp;
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Operate and monitor PLC-controlled machinery and production systems to ensure optimal performance.</li>
<li>Adjust, troubleshoot, and maintain automated equipment to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.</li>
<li>Interpret and modify PLC logic and HMI (Human Machine Interface) settings as required.</li>
<li>Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical and automation systems.</li>
<li>Respond to system alarms and faults, diagnosing and resolving issues promptly.</li>
<li>Work closely with maintenance and engineering teams to improve production processes.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records of machine performance, system adjustments, and maintenance activities.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.</li>
</ul>
