<p><strong>Job Summary </strong><br>Responsible in overall maintenance activities and implement best practices and value-added cost control for overall maintenance operation.<br><br><strong> Primary function </strong></p>

<li>Perform regular preventive maintenance on printing presses and label related machinery</li>
<li>&nbsp;Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues</li>
<li>Minimize downtime by quickly identifying and resolving equipment failures&nbsp;</li>
<li>Install and calibrate new machinery to ensure optimal performance</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and machine performance</li>
<li>&nbsp;Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards&nbsp;</li>
<li>Collaborate with production teams to improve machine efficiency and performance&nbsp;</li>
<li>Monitor and maintain an inventory of critical spare parts to minimize downtime&nbsp;</li>
<li>Identify areas for improvement in machine performance and propose enhancement&nbsp;</li>
<li>Train operators on basic troubleshooting and proper machine handling</li>
<li>Liaise with suppliers and service providers for specialized repairs, upgrades, or troubleshooting&nbsp;</li>
<li>Perform others ad hoc tasks assigned by superior&nbsp;</li>
