- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication skills to work closely with editors, clients, and team members.
- Creative thinker with an eye for detail and a passion for social media content.
- Ability to collaborate and guide video editors in the editing process without shooting content yourself.
- Bonus: Experience in social media analytics, SEO, and reporting.
