The ideal candidate will be able to generate fresh ideas, execute high-quality content, and help grow our online presence. Knowledge of TikTok and Xiaohongshu is an added bonus.
Key Responsibilities

<li>Content Creation: Develop and create both static and video content for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Xiaohongshu).</li>
<li>Campaign Planning: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan content strategies and social media campaigns that align with the brand’s objectives.</li>
<li>Short Video Production: Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos/reels, ensuring they are optimized for different social media platforms.</li>
<li>Social Media Management: Manage daily posts and ensure that all content is on-brand and resonates with our audience.</li>
<li>Trend Research: Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and viral content ideas to enhance engagement and reach.</li>
<li>Analytics &amp; Reporting: Track and analyze performance metrics for all content, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.</li>
<li>Editing &amp; Optimization: Edit videos and photos to meet platform-specific standards and ensure high-quality output.</li>
<li>Brand Consistency: Maintain consistency in the brand’s tone, style, and messaging across all platforms.</li>
