Job Description

We are looking for a creative and performance driven Video Editor to join our team. Someone who knows what makes people stop scrolling and can turn raw footage into content people want to watch and share.

In this role, you will

• Edit compelling videos for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, ads and other digital platforms
• Turn concepts into creative visuals that feel fun, bold and true to our brand
• Cut and refine videos based on performance insights to drive clicks and conversions
• Stay on top of social trends, meme culture, and editing styles and apply them to our content
• Collaborate with our brand and content team to bring campaigns and stories to life
• Manage and organize footage and project files clearly and efficiently
• Contribute your own creative ideas to help shape our visual voice and video strategy

You will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, Joey Tan.

Job Requirements

This position requires

• At least 2 years of experience editing for social media and ads
• Strong skills in video editing (knowledge of After Effects or CapCut is a plus)
• A good eye for storytelling, transitions, pacing and music
• Familiarity with social media formats and what makes content perform well
• Ability to work quickly and handle multiple projects at the same time
• A showreel or portfolio that demonstrates your editing style and creative thinking

Bonus If You Have

• Experience with user generated content style editing
• Knowledge of performance marketing or ad testing
• Ability to shoot simple content if needed
• Passion for sleep wellness or startup culture
