This is a great opportunity for someone who loves storytelling, is organized and tech-savvy, and has an eye for clean, modern, engaging edits.&nbsp;
We’re looking for a skilled and proactive Videographer/Editor to support our growing video production needs. This is a hybrid role for someone who can work behind the camera and behind the editing timeline. You’ll assist with pre-production prep, operate equipment on set, manage files after shooting, and create compelling video edits—from raw production footage and existing marketing assets (such as stock footage, client-provided clips, graphics, and brand kits).

<h4>Key Responsibilities 🎬</h4>
Pre-Production &amp; Gear Management
<ul>
<li>Help prepare camera, lighting, and audio gear before each shoot.</li>
<li>Charge, label, and organize equipment to ensure efficient production days.</li>
<li>Maintain inventory and coordinate gear checklists.</li>
</ul>
On-Set Production
<ul>
<li>Assist with setup and breakdown of video shoots (camera, audio, lights, monitors, etc.).</li>
<li>Operate camera or assist as a second shooter when needed.</li>
<li>Set up tripod or gimbal shots, adjust lighting, monitor audio, and pull focus as required.</li>
<li>Support live shoots, interviews, social content shoots, and corporate/commercial video productions.</li>
</ul>
Media Management
<ul>
<li>Offload footage to hard drives and cloud storage immediately after shoots.</li>
<li>Organize files according to predefined folder structures and naming conventions.</li>
<li>Perform initial review of footage and flag standout takes or issues.</li>
</ul>
Video Editing &amp; Post-Production
<ul>
<li>Edit video projects in Adobe Premiere Pro (or equivalent) from:</li>
<ul>
<li>Original production footage</li>
<li>Client-provided assets (footage, screen recordings, product shots)</li>
<li>Stock footage, music, and licensed content</li>
</ul>
<li>Create marketing videos, brand promos, tutorials, interviews, and short-form social content.</li>
<li>Sync multi-cam footage, align audio, trim selects, and shape visual stories.</li>
<li>Apply motion graphics templates or assist in custom animation (if applicable).</li>
<li>Perform basic color correction, sound cleanup, and audio mixing.</li>
<li>Export videos in multiple formats with appropriate aspect ratios (16:9, 9:16, 1:1, etc.).</li>
<li>Graphic design or motion graphics (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).</li>
<li>Experience editing for vertical/social platforms (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).</li>
<li>Familiarity with LUTs, color grading workflows, or audio post-production.</li>
<li>Comfort with remote collaboration tools (Google Drive, Trello, etc.).</li>
</ul>
