Job Description

• Monitor event calendar to ensure events are carried out in a smooth and timely manner
  
  
• Coordinate event-related matters with all relevant parties for event setup
  
  
• Support live events by participating and engaging in various chat rooms before, during, and after the event

• Support the Sales Team by resolving customer complaints, assisting in new student enrolments, and processing credit and/or program transfers

• To connect with clients to understand their needs and challenges in order to recommend suitable products and services

Job Requirements

• Degree, Diploma, GCE 'A' or 'O' level with working experience in the service industry

• Proficiency in both spoken and written English is required

• Willing to work odd hours

• Demonstrate problem-solving skills and able to multi-task well

• Someone with a strong desire to learn and grow, phenomenal courtesy, and most importantly a heart to serve
