We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team at Joget Inc., a global leader in no-code/low-code solutions. This role focuses on creating exceptional user experiences for our flagship product, Joget DX, by designing intuitive interfaces and conducting in-depth user research. &nbsp;
As a UI/UX Designer, you will collaborate closely with our product team &amp; solution team to improve the overall usability and aesthetic appeal of our platform. Your contributions will play a key role in empowering our users to build, deploy, and manage applications seamlessly.&nbsp;
&nbsp;Key Responsibilities:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Design and deliver user-centric UI/UX solutions that enhance the usability and visual appeal of Joget DX.</li>
<li>Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to understand user needs and pain points.</li>
<li>Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to effectively communicate design ideas.</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with the product team &amp; solution team to ensure design feasibility and implementation.</li>
<li>Stay updated on the latest design trends and best practices to continuously improve user experiences.</li>
<li>Document design guidelines, standards, and best practices to ensure consistency across the platform.</li>
<li>Assist in preparing the foundation for a UI/UX Design team, including defining workflows and setting quality benchmarks.</li>
</ul>
