Note: This is a remote work position. 

We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team at Joget Inc., a global leader in no-code/low-code solutions. This role focuses on creating exceptional user experiences for our flagship product, Joget DX, by designing intuitive interfaces and conducting in-depth user research.
 

As a UI/UX Designer, you will collaborate closely with our product team & solution team to improve the overall usability and aesthetic appeal of our platform. Your contributions will play a key role in empowering our users to build, deploy, and manage applications seamlessly. 

 Key Responsibilities: 

• Design and deliver user-centric UI/UX solutions that enhance the usability and visual appeal of Joget DX.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to understand user needs and pain points.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Collaborate closely with the product team & solution team to ensure design feasibility and implementation.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends and best practices to continuously improve user experiences.
• Document design guidelines, standards, and best practices to ensure consistency across the platform.
• Assist in preparing the foundation for a UI/UX Design team, including defining workflows and setting quality benchmarks.

Job Requirements

Must-Have:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar software.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects, including wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
• Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles, usability testing, and user research.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Creative problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.

Good-to-Have:

• Familiarity with no-code/low-code platforms or enterprise applications.
• Basic understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with developers (coding not required).
• Experience working in an agile environment.

Soft Skills:

• Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
