You would monitor cash flows, optimize working capital, and develop strategies to ensure the company has adequate liquidity to meet its financial obligations and fund ongoing operations.</li>
<li>Stakeholder Management: As a Finance Manager, you would collaborate with various stakeholders, such as Director, project managers, investors, auditors, and external financial institutions. Effective communication and relationship management skills are essential to facilitate decision-making, reporting, and coordination with these stakeholders.</li>
<li>Strategic Decision Support: You would provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making within the company. This may involve evaluating investment opportunities, conducting financial due diligence on acquisitions or partnerships, and assessing the financial impact of various business strategies.</li>
