Job Description

• Provide excellent client services and ensure deliverables timelines are met 
• Prepare annual and/or periodic management accounts and statutory accounts
• Reconciliation of monthly key ledger, balance sheet and profit & loss accounts
• Complete management reporting activities such as analysis and reconciliation reports
• Prepare and/or review monthly payroll calculations and related monthly and year-end remuneration returns to the various government bodies
• Communicate with auditors and regulators, and answering queries on behalf of clients.
• Undertake and oversee other ad-hoc projects or duties as may be required from time to time.  

Job Requirements

• Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields with professional qualifications.
• Experienced in Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk will be an added advantage.
• Possess good knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures.
• Familiar with accounting standards, tax laws, and filling procedure.
• Excellent math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors.
• Advance level in MS Excel and good knowledge of accounting software.
• Organization and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
