We are helping our client to look for a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Executive to join their growing team. Our client is a newly setup financial accounting firm specializing in managing bookkeeping and financial records, audit and tax planning service for a diverse portfolio of clients.
<h2>Key Responsibilities:</h2>
<ul>
<li>Manage the full set of accounts for assigned clients, including GL, AR, AP, and bank reconciliations</li>
<li>Prepare monthly and yearly financial reports</li>
<li>Ensure timely and accurate data entry and documentation of all accounting transactions</li>
<li>Support auditors during audit processes by preparing required documentation</li>
<li>Maintain proper filing and organization of financial records</li>
<li>Liaise with clients to resolve accounting-related queries</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations</li>
</ul>
