Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Outlet Manager to oversee daily operations, staff management, and performance of our outlet(s) in the Klang Valley. The ideal candidate is operationally strong, customer-focused, and able to lead a team to achieve sales, cost control, and service excellence.
Mandarin proficiency is preferred as the role requires frequent communication with Mandarin-speaking staff, suppliers, and customers.
Key Responsibilities
-Operations & Service
-Oversee daily outlet operations to ensure smooth workflow
-Ensure SOP, hygiene, food safety, and brand standards are strictly followed
-Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues promptly
-Ensure consistent product quality and service standards
-Team Management
-Lead, train, and motivate outlet staff
-Prepare staff scheduling, attendance monitoring, and manpower planning
-Enforce discipline, grooming, and service culture
-Sales & Cost Control
-Drive outlet sales and upselling initiatives
-Monitor daily sales, expenses, and wastage
-Control food cost, inventory levels, and stock usage
-Execute promotions and operational campaigns
-Inventory & Reporting
-Monitor stock level and place orders according to company guidelines
-Ensure FIFO and stock accuracy
-Prepare weekly, and monthly operational reports
-Coordinate with Operations, Warehouse, and Finance
