工作时间
- 每周工作5天，休息2天（轮班制）
- 轮班时间：7:00 AM – 2:00 AM
主要职责
- 通过电话和邮件处理合作伙伴咨询
- 跟进合作伙伴的逾期付款
- 协助处理发票争议及付款核对
- 支持合作伙伴的账户状态、付款更新及合同/发票信息
- 与内部团队协作，高效解决合作伙伴问题
- 确保记录准确、提供及时支持
Job Requirements
任职要求
- SPM / 文凭 / 学士学位
- 至少6个月BPO/客户服务经验
- 英语水平 B2
- 普通话母语
