This role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT professional to play a key role in driving technology strategy, enhancing system capabilities, and supporting business expansion. As an IT Manager, you will be instrumental in leading IT initiatives, strengthening infrastructure, and enabling smarter, data-driven decision-making across the organization.

<ul>
<li>Act as Technology Evangelist (50%): Engage with functional leaders to gather business needs, translate them into IT solutions, benchmark and recommend cutting-edge technologies&nbsp;</li>
<li>Research, select, and manage vendors/solution providers for smooth implementation, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance of systems and software&nbsp;</li>
<li>&nbsp;Lead end-to-end IT projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while meeting user requirements and business objectives&nbsp;</li>
<li>&nbsp;Oversee Local MIS Support (50%): Plan, manage, and support the entire Management Information System (MIS), IT infrastructure, networks, servers, backups, storage, and disaster recovery with minimal downtime&nbsp;</li>
<li>&nbsp;Develop and enforce IT policies, best practices, security standards, and governance across the organization&nbsp;</li>
<li>&nbsp;Troubleshoot critical issues, ensure system availability, and implement proactive monitoring and recovery processes&nbsp;</li>
<li>&nbsp;Lead, mentor, and provide clear direction to the IT team while fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning</li>
</ul>
