Financial Reporting and Analysis:&nbsp;

<li>Assist in preparing timely and accurate financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements and other relevant financial metrics.</li>
<li>Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.</li>
<li>Provide insights to support decision making and strategic planning.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with accounting principles, guidelines, and regulations across all office locations.&nbsp;</li>

Budgeting and Forecasting:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts in coordination with relevant departments.</li>
<li>Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis report to management.</li>
<li>Identify potential risks or deviations from budgeted targets and recommend corrective actions.&nbsp;</li>

Accounts Payable and Receivable:&nbsp;

<li>Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment reconciliation and collections.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders to resolve payment and invoicing issues.</li>

Financial Operations:&nbsp;

<li>Assist in managing day-to-day financial operations, including forecast cash requirement and optimize cash balances across all offices.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Monitor and ensure all transactions in the bank and petty cash are handles accurately and timely manner.</li>
