- Understand a wide variety of technical issues of M&E, hardware, and facilities.
- Diagnosis, troubleshooting and identifying solutions in a timely manner.
- Deliver the best customer experience by adhering to the Company policies and procedures.
- Provide hands-on technical services.
- Plan and schedule repairs after identifying issues by inspecting buildings and equipment.
- Provide first tier support to clients and escalate issues to the relevant vendor.
- Identify, analyse and implement best solutions in emergency situations.

- Must be able to work in shift
