<p>We’re looking for a Junior Technician who is eager to learn, hands-on, and ready to support daily refurbishment operations.&nbsp;</p>
<ul>
<li>Perform basic diagnostics on laptops and desktops (hardware &amp; software).</li>
<li>Clean, inspect, and prepare devices for refurbishment.</li>
<li>Replace common components such as RAM, SSD/HDD, batteries, keyboards, and screens (training provided).</li>
<li>Install operating systems, drivers, and essential software.</li>
<li>Test device functionality (stress tests, battery health checks, keyboard tests, etc.).</li>
<li>Label, update records, and ensure accurate documentation of refurbished units.</li>
<li>Assist with inventory management and organisation of parts and tools.</li>
<li>Report issues or faulty components to senior technicians.</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and safe workspace.</li>
</ul>
