Job Description

The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages while delivering friendly and efficient customer service. This role involves operating coffee equipment, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a positive experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages to standard recipes. For outlets that has ice cream products, the barista is also responsible for these items.
   
• Operate espresso machines and other café equipment
   
• Provide warm, attentive customer service
   
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar and work areas
   
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
   
• Follow food safety and company standards
