Job Description

  1. Sales Coordination & Internal Communication

  • Act as a liaison between the sales team, operations team, and finance department to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Assist in preparing quotations, sales orders, and customer contracts.
  • Track and follow up on project timelines, deliveries, and approvals with relevant departments.

  2. Assist in Submitting Plan Drawings

  • Prepare and submit plan drawings for regulatory approvals.
  • Work with engineers or designers to ensure drawings meet compliance standards.
  • Follow up on approvals and revisions as required by relevant authorities. 

3. Assist in Preparing DOSH Application Documents

  • Compile and submit DOSH application documents for equipment certification and safety compliance.
  • Ensure all documents are accurate and meet DOSH requirements.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies to track application progress and resolve issues.
  • Maintain records of submitted applications and approved certifications.

  4. Follow-Up with Operations Team & Sales Admin

  • Coordinate with the operations team to track project progress, crane inspections, and equipment readiness.
  • Work closely with the sales admin team to ensure all required documents, payments, and approvals are in place.
  • Assist in resolving any operational or administrative issues that may impact timelines.

  5. Follow Up on Loan Status & Payment Collection

  • Coordinate with the sales admin team to track payment collection from customers.
  • Send payment reminders and follow up on outstanding invoices.
  • Ensure proper documentation of received payments and outstanding balances.
  • Prepare Weekly Collection Report for Sales Team and management.

  6. Work Schedule

  • Able to work on alternate Saturdays as part of the job requirements.

Job Requirements

Key Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales support, operations coordination, loan processing, or payment collection.
  • Knowledge of DOSH application processes, plan drawing submissions, and equipment safety regulations is an advantage.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills to interact with internal teams and external agencies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and relevant software for documentation.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks within tight deadlines.
  • Experience in reporting and data analysis related to sales collections is preferred.
  • Willing to work on alternate Saturdays.
  • Fluent in Mandarin (written & spoken) to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.
