The Senior Interior Designer will lead and manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring that each project meets client expectations, design standards, and deadlines. This role involves overseeing design teams, developing innovative and functional designs, and ensuring that designs are within budget and align with the client’s vision. The Senior Interior Designer will collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to deliver exceptional interior spaces that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional.
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Lead the design process for high-profile projects, ensuring creative vision and design excellence.</li>
<li>Develop and present design proposals, mood boards, sketches, and 3D models to clients.</li>
<li>Oversee the selection of materials, furniture, finishes, and color schemes, ensuring they meet client specifications and budget constraints.</li>
<li>Coordinate with project managers, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and quality control.</li>
<li>Provide leadership and mentorship to junior designers and support staff, ensuring their development and success.</li>
<li>Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they remain on schedule and within budget.</li>
<li>Create detailed design documentation, including floor plans, specifications, and installation drawings.</li>
<li>Stay current with design trends, materials, and technologies to bring fresh ideas and innovative solutions to projects.</li>
