Your role is to build content from the ground up, producing social posts, project narratives, and visual updates that help our design and construction teams share progress and proof of work.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities

Content & Storytelling

• Create clear written content for social media, website, client reports, and internal updates that communicate project progress and design intent.
• Produce short-form photo and video content to document site progress and finishing work for marketing and client use.

Brand & External Communications

• Manage a simple content calendar and schedule posts across platforms, ensuring messaging is consistent and timely.
• Support client-facing materials and presentations by turning technical notes into readable, client-friendly copy.

On-site Project Support

• Work with project teams to capture site stories, coordinate shoots, and gather approvals from stakeholders.
• Help prepare case studies, progress reports, and handover documentation that reflect actual site conditions.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Media Studies, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply; portfolio or sample work is preferred.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Strong copywriting, content planning, and basic editing skills for social and web formats.
• Experience with photography and short-form video, plus familiarity with Adobe Photoshop or Premiere Pro, and Microsoft Office.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Clear verbal and written communication, with an eye for simple, accurate storytelling.
• Comfortable working across teams, adaptable on site, and attentive to detail.
